As a General Manager, you will oversee the full operational management of an ultra-luxury residential asset in Dubai. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, protecting asset value, and fostering strong relationships with residents and ownership stakeholders.
This position requires a highly structured, hands-on leader capable of managing a lean operation while upholding the expectations of a top-tier luxury environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the property’s governing agreements and ensure full adherence in all operational and financial matters.
Serve as the primary liaison between operations and ownership, ensuring transparency, structured reporting, and alignment on asset objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential property, ensuring consistent delivery of ultra-luxury service standards.
Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, ensuring financial discipline and cost control.
Implement preventative maintenance and asset preservation programs to protect long-term property value.
Oversee and manage all third-party service providers, including facilities management, security, housekeeping, and specialist contractors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, and municipal requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, handling concerns and feedback in a professional and discreet manner.
Lead and develop a lean, high-performing team aligned with ultra-luxury service expectations.
Ensure consistent presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness across all common areas and facilities.
Oversee risk management protocols to safeguard residents, colleagues, and the assets.
Collaborate with Corporate Office to ensure governance, reporting accuracy, and operational alignment.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of resident, ownership, and operational information.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
Drive colleague engagement in green initiatives and responsible business practices.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within ultra-luxury hospitality, branded residences, or high-end residential environments.
Strong operational background with exposure to facilities management and service contract oversight.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and confidential environments.
Financial literacy with demonstrated experience managing operating budgets.
Strong stakeholder management capability and professional maturity.
GCC experience preferred.
